Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be at Maslak-Princess Hotel on September 12, 2004 Sunday evening.

Climate
The weather in İstanbul in September is around 25 ºC during the day and 15 ºC during the night.

Symposium Tours

Accompanying Persons
There is going to be a social programme for the accompanying persons. This will be available at the KUBABA desk.

Transportation
For transportation from İstanbul Atatürk Airport, taxis or car rental can be used. The color of taxis is yellow and they have taximeters. Car rental or transfer from /to the airport can be organized by symposium agency.

Tipping
Many establishments have 15 % service charged. However 10 % tipping is normal. Tipping taxi drivers is not customary.

Local Time
The time in Turkey will be GMT plus 2 hours.
