İstanbul Princess offers excellent service with its 305 rooms, 24 hours room service, free parking lot for hotel guests, hairdresser, health and fitness center, 4 restaurants, 3 bars, café, patisserie, dry cleaning, 11 meeting rooms, executive floors, special lounge and breakfast hall for our special guests.

In our hotel, 4 pocket movie theaters play latest movies at AFM quality. You may choose to play billiards at the hotel or take a trekking tour at Park Orman, which is only 5 minutes away by car, ride horse at Club Atlı Spor, or play golf at İstanbul İhtisas Golf Club, to where we provide reservation and transportation.

Our guests can also benefit free of charge the shuttle service at certain hours in front of the Hotel, providing convenient transportation to Akmerkez and Taksim for our guests.

• The fee for the participatants (full rate, Auther, Student) includes participation in all scientific session and the following social events, Welcome Coctail, Opening Ceramony, Lunch (September 12-13-14-15, 2004) and Closing Dinner-Dance. Participants will also receive the poster and lecture abstracts books of the Symposium.
• There is a 100 USD non-refundablefee prior to July 16, 2004. Cancellation after July 16, 2004 will not be accepted, however substitutions may be made at any time.
• Hotel Princess Maslak-Istanbul is the Symposium Hotel with special IPTS-2004 rates.
• Hotel reservations can be made only by Kubaba Tourism Travel Agency.
• For accomodation reservations one night prepayment is required as guarantee and this amount is non-refundable.
• Accomodation reservation cancellations can not be accepted after August 15, 2004, however substitutions may be made at any time.
• Those who are interested in other Hotels should contact the Symposium Agency.
• No shuttle bus will be available from other Hotels.
