Abstract Deadline
Abstracts must be received (on disk or by internet) by the Symposium
Agency not later than June 30, 2002. Faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
No corrections and changes will be allowed after submission.
Abstract Content
The following sections MUST be in the abstract:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- References
- Acknowledgements
- The use of graphs, tables, equations and line drawings is strongly
recommended.
Invited or plenary speakers need not to follow the above
outline, however
they MUST submit an abstract.
How To Submit Your Paper
A. Submit over the internet to kubaba@tr.net
After submitting over the Internet make sure that a hard copy of your
paper is sent by mail to the Symposium Agency.
B. Disk
Only One Abstract Per Disk
- Write your abstract title, name, phone number, fax number and e-mail
address on the disk(s) where you can be reached during the day (in
case questions and problem arise).
- Submit Word or Word perfect files (Win 95 / 98).
- Photos and line art MUST BE electronically embedded within the text
of the document.
Style Guide For Both Types of Submission
Fonts:
Arial or Times New Roman, 12 points
Margins:
Left: 2.0 cm, Right: 3.0 cm, Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 3.0 cm
Body text:
- The abstracts must be written according to the sample enclosed on
A-4 paper as two pages.
- Two columns
- Single spaced
- No indentation for the beginning of paragraphs
